our story

Seated Rentals is a female-founded, full-service event rentals company based in Lubbock, Texas. Our team of talented creatives is dedicated to staying up with the trends and curating beautiful events that stand the test of time. Our goal is to make it easy for you to impress your clients and guests, and our versatile pieces allow us to execute your vision flawlessly.


While we love and offer every style from classic to contemporary, we’ve found our forte in modern design. Our team is full of trendsetters, but we make sure we’re up to date on what’s new (and next) in order to offer the most adaptable pieces possible. From large-scale corporate events to intimate elopements, we’re here to help you create an elevated even that will keep people talking. We work with corporate event planners, businesses, and brides alike to design and execute stunning experiences.

We know our business is nothing without those who support it, so providing excellent customer service is a non-negotiable. While our website offers clients the ability to customize their own experience, our services don’t stop there. We offer everything from consulting and design to full-service installation and retrieval. Seated Rentals takes away all the guesswork so you can spend your time where it matters most – enjoying your event.

Our team of trendsetters will help you find the perfect style for your gathering. From modern and moody to boho chic, we'll help you gather inspiration to curate an event that fits you or your brand perfectly.


Whether online or in-store, we recommend checking out all of our inventory to choose the perfect pieces to elevate your event!


When shopping on our website, you'll have the ability to add pieces directly to your wishlist. Once your event information has been entered your wishlist will be sent to our team for review and we will reach back out to you within 24 hours with a customized quote specifically curated for your dream event!

Refine the Details

Once we receive your wishlist, we'll work with you to finalize the logistics of your event. We will also take some time to verify your rentals and make sure you have every piece you need! Our goal is to make the planning process as simple as possible so you can sit back and enjoy the day.

Finalize your Quote

When you get your quote back from us, you'll notice taxes and fees will be added based on the subtotal of your wishlist. Once you've approved your quote, signed your contract and paid a 50% deposit, your pieces are officially reserved!


We have a warm and professional staff ready to serve you and your event. We'll load up and head your way based on the logistics outlined in your contract and as our team installs all of your rentals, you'll quickly see your vision come to life! After installation, we'll stick around to make sure all of your pieces are at their highest quality and help with any remaining details for your event.

Let's party

It's event day! We hope our rentals and service served you well, but all good things must come to an end. Once your event is over, we'll gather all of your rentals and safely return them to our warehouse, so they'll be ready for your next event!

After your event is over and you've had time to decompress, we would love to hear from you! Our team will reach out to make sure everything surpassed your expectations and if it didn't, we'll be ready to make it right. Brittany was born in Lubbock, but grew up in DFW. Thankfully, her love for softball brought her back to West Texas for college and her love for her now-husband, Carter, brought her back for life. She graduated from Texas Tech with a BA in Public Relations in 2016.

After starting her career in marketing in 2017, Brittany’s path eventually led her to event planning and she fell in love. Her intense ROMO (refusal of missing out) makes her the perfect person to wear the title of Events Manager. Whether you’re ready to think big and bold or just need to iron out small details for your event, Brittany is your girl.

Brittany lives in Lubbock with her husband, Carter, and their two “dogs” – a golden retriever named Phoebe and a cat named Clawdia. Brittany has a big, crazy family and enjoys few things more than gathering with those she loves.
